As out-of-state purchasers, we were limited to very few days to come up to the area where we intended to purchase to look at properties. Rob coordinated our viewings to make sure that we were able to squeeze as many as we could into two days and was very flexible when we requested changes in properties that we were interested in seeing and offered to drive by ahead of time to make sure that the properties were worth the time to look at. Throughout the process, while stressful, Rob was fully transparent with the communication with the other agent and there was no doubt that he was advocating for our wants and needs. Rob provided support when we were not able to be present for some additional inspections that needed to be completed so our voice was always present.
